1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
2. Shipping Costs

3. Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days within Great Britain and 5–7 working days for Northern Ireland.
- Express Delivery: 24–48 working hours within Great Britain and 2–3 working days for Northern Ireland.
Delivery times begin from confirmation of the order. Orders placed before 2:00pm (UK time) are processed on the same working day.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a direct link to the carrier, allowing you to track your parcel in real time.
5. Receiving Your Order
Upon delivery, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging before signing for the delivery. If you notice any visible damage, please record it on the delivery document and notify us within a maximum of 48 hours.
